The standard four courses
Dinner is freshly prepared on the boat and served at a set table once your first drink has been poured. The cruise runs three hours in all.
The six-course upgrade
The alternative is a six-course dinner on Zambezi Reflections. Two more courses and a different vessel are the changes the cruise describes.
What is in your glass
Beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are part of the cruise. One guest wrote that the crew was not stingy with the drinks.
Dietary requests
Use the special-requests box when you book, or message the WhatsApp number on the voucher at least 24 hours before departure. Requests not communicated in advance cannot be guaranteed.
Feeding a group
Everyone in a party shares the same cruise and the same dinner option. Collect each person's dietary needs early so that one message covers the table.
What you settle on the night
A national-park fee is payable at check-in. Gratuity is not included, so budget for the crew separately.
